Today, Krea 3 is available in ComfyUI through Partner Nodes.
Krea 3 is the new image model from Krea, built for generation and editing driven by references. You start from something real: a product shot, a person, a room, or a stack of visual references. You describe the change. You say what has to stay. Then you try the next idea.
The model is tuned for that loop. It is built to cut wait time and cost per image while holding image quality, so a second and third edit fit inside the same session as the first.
Model Highlights
Faster, cheaper iterations. Krea 3 targets the speed and cost of each generation alongside quality, so trying another variation stays a small decision.
Edits that keep what matters. Describe the change and name what stays fixed. Product labels, shapes, and materials hold while the setting, lighting, or composition around them moves.
Multiple references, addressed by number. Upload several images and refer to each one by its upload order: the person from image 1, the jacket from image 2, the backdrop from image 3. Give each reference a single job.
Material and surface changes in place. Swap a fabric, finish, or color on one element while the room, the object’s shape, and the camera angle stay the same. Useful mid-review, when the client asks for one more option.
Results become the next input. Feed a result you like back in as the new starting image to change framing or continue a look. Chain these into a sequence of character stills, then hand the selected frames to a video model downstream.
Getting Started
Update ComfyUI to the latest version, or open Comfy Cloud.
Search for Krea 3 in the Node Library, or load the Krea 3 template from the Templates panel.
Sign in to your Comfy account. Partner Nodes run on Comfy credits.
Load a starting image and any references, write the edit, and run.
A few habits help. Name what should stay, not only what should change. When you use several references, state each image’s number and its purpose. If a sequence starts to drift, restart from the strongest earlier result instead of continuing from a weak one.
As always, enjoy creating!
