Please also mention the hardware/memory requirements so the community knows whether they can run the full model locally or if they’ll need to wait for quantized or distilled versions. Thanks for the early support and the blog post!

Recommended Processors by Category (2026)

High Performance (No Compromise):

The AMD Ryzen 9 7950X or the Intel Core i9-14900K are ideal choices for complex workflows, ensuring the system doesn't bottleneck when managing multimodal video models.

Balance and Cost-Effective: The AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D or the Intel Core i7-14700 offer an excellent balance between price and power for content creators using AI and traditional video editing.

Entry-Level Option: The AMD Ryzen 5 7600X or the Intel Core i5-14600K are sufficient for running AI tools locally, provided they are paired with a robust GPU.

Mobility (Notebooks): Intel Core Ultra processors (such as the Ultra 7) are recommended because they have an integrated NPU (Neural Processing Unit), which assists in simpler AI tasks and improves energy efficiency.

What really matters besides the processor

Graphics Card (GPU): This is the main engine. Prioritize NVIDIA RTX cards (such as the 4080, 4090 series or the new 5070) due to their CUDA cores and greater compatibility with AI software.

VRAM Memory: For video generation, ideally you should have at least 16 GB or 24 GB of VRAM on the graphics card.

RAM Memory: A minimum of 32 GB is recommended, but configurations with 64 GB or 128 GB are preferable to avoid crashes in demanding projects.
